Richard Dalby, PhD, is Associate Professor and Vice Chair, Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Previously, he was Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutics at the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University.
Dr. Dalby holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Nottingham University and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Kentucky. He has published more than 50 papers and abstracts on the subject of inhalation aerosol generation and testing. |
