Louis Feuer

 

Louis Feuer, MA, MSW is the president of Dynamic Seminars & Consulting, writes the monthly Sales Notebook column in Homecare Magazine, authored Customer Service Strategies used for customer service training for the insurance industry, and directs the homecare industry’s popular live training resource, the DSC Teleconference Series. Feuer brings to his work more than 30 years of industry experience. He has developed the first hand-held sales and marketing tracking device for home care sales people, created and presents The Sales Training University sponsored by The VGM Group, and continues to present at corporate meetings, conventions and cities throughout the US and Canada.

Feuer has been a hospital administrator, social worker/case manager and the director of professional development for one of the nation's leading home care companies.
